The staff at the reception was very helpful and quick. My room was upgraded to a superior double room upon arrival which i really appreciated. The room was spacious. I also enjoyed a massage at the spa.
The gym was somewhat crowded in the evenings. There are many external visitors, not only hotel guests, who use the facilities. This led to waiting times for some machines.

The breakfast buffet features a variety of fresh options including pastries, fruits and hot dishes. The restaurant serves european and turkish cuisine. I enjoyed my meals there (especially the desserts!).

The reception staff speaks English fluently. They were helpful arranging airport transfers and providing local information. The room cleaning service was thorough. It ensured a comfortable stay.

The reception staff was cute. the room service was prompt and the food exceeded my expectations. The room itself was super clean and stylish. i especially appreciated the prompt and attentive service to any requests i had.
i noticed some minor wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures, but it did not affect my stay.

the fitness center features modern equipment, including five treadmills and a variety of weight machines, and is available 24/7. the indoor pool is a great place for relaxation and exercise, offering a clean and well kept environment.
